It's time to register your trademark

Verification of the presence of a trademark, that is, verification of its presence in the list of trademarks that have received legal protection in the territory of the Republic of Armenia in the national and international procedure<br />

Compilation of the application (also selection of classifiers), confirmation of information, payment of necessary state fees and final submission of the application<br />

After sending the application, the application is published in the official gazette<br />

After the date of publication of the application, the state authorized body conducts an examination of the merits of the application in the order established by the government, in order to check the compliance of the applied trademark with the conditions of protection established by the law, within three months.<br />

As a result of the discussion of the remark and objection, the state authorized body makes a decision accordingly, taking into account the submitted remarks or objections<br />

After all the above-mentioned processes, the agency makes a decision on trademark registration or refusal of registration or partial registration<br />

Receipt of state duty payment receipt and certificate upon application<br />
